Join me on the biggest journey of my teaching path to date – one that has been building for a long, long time…
This is a 3 month spiritual adventure, starting in September with the new term – which is a very symbolic time for new teachings and beginnings.
This journey will aim to open you up to who you are at the very core of you. To step into the brightest version of you – below the beliefs, thoughts and stories we tell. It will aim to remind you of your true power and freedom and hopefully allow this to then flow into all areas of your life and ripple even further that this…
The course will be built upon:
- Fortnightly zoom sessions (live or recording)
- Fortnightly guidance cards
- Weekly prompts and guidance to support the theme and teachings
- Weekly journal or reflection prompts
- Q and A sessions to explore and reflect
- There will be an admin only whatsapp group where i will share all of the above and all links to zooms and recordings
- An end of course class to reflect, explore and seal in all you have learned fort the next stage in your journey…
All teachings will be drawn from my 25 years of spiritual development and my understanding from some of the greatest spiritual teacher that have been (some physical and some not so).
This will be a small group for most effective flow and support and hopefully an important part of your journey!
