Description
Join me for a sleepwell session to improve sleep and allow you to drift into a more restorative and restful night’s sleep.
The first part of the class will be looking at good sleep practices to set us up for better sleep patterns and regular good sleep. The second part will be a sleep meditation to help you drift into a deep, healing sleep. You can then watch the sleep meditation at anytime on it’s own as a way to create a relaxing transition from wake to sleep.
