Join me for a session all about sleep. Understanding sleep, setting you up for sleep and getting you to drift off into a replenishing and restorative night’s sleep.
The first 15 minutes of the session will be setting the scene – learning about how to set ourselves up successfully for sleep.
The last 45 minutes will be a series of relaxing techniques and meditations to unwind the mind and body and allow you to settle into a deep sleep.
