Description
Nervous system regulation is essential for maintaining emotional balance and effectively responding to stress, involving techniques like specific breathing practices, mindfulness and movement to promote calm and resilience. These techniques can support us in many ways: increasing feelings of peace, focus and the ability to problem-solve and reducing impulsivity, symptoms of anxiety, attention challenges and trauma responses.
During these 2 sessions, we will learn how our nervous system works and then practise lots of powerful tools and techniques to regulate it. These tools are based on proven neuroscience, mindfulness, mindset and psychology.

Tools to practise.
Session 2:
Awareness of the difference between dysregulated and regulated.
Tools to regulate and a guide to support after these sessions.
